This agreement explains the terms and conditions by which you may use this website and the online courses. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by this agreement and to the collection and use of your information as declared in the Privacy Policy.

1 Membership
(1) A user may sign up for a monthly or yearly membership according to the chosen subscription plan (2.1, 2.3).
(2) The membership is automatically extended each month or each year as long as it is not canceled.
2 Subscription Options
(1) The subscription costs 4.99€/month and is processed by PayPal.
(2) You get a free trial for the first 14 days.
(3) Once you have finished the online courses or decide to leave the monthly subscription plan you have the option to modify your monthly subscription plan to an annual subscription plan for 19.99€/year. It will give you access to all the chapters and pages you have completed, but you will not be able to complete new pages or chapters.
(4) You may switch back to a monthly subscription plan at any time. In that case your annual subscription plan expires immediately.
(5) You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. In that case your monthly or annual subscription plan expires immediately and your account and all your personal data is deleted immediately.
(6) The only payment option is PayPal.
(7) I may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time without notice and liabilty for any reason.
3 Meaning and Use of the Online Courses
(1) The online courses are for mathematics and physics. The main purpose is to provide an inventing perspective and understanding of formulas, theorems and physical concepts. Absolute mathematical correctness does not have priority.
(2) The online courses are presented in pictures, interactive figures and moving pictures. This learning method is meant for people who do benefit of it.
(3) Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to sign up. Children between 13 and 18 years of age need the permission of their parents.
4 Updates and Compatibilty
(1) I may without prior notice change or update the Service.
(2) The recommended browser is Google Chrome. While the website is intended to work across the browsers, Edge, Opera, Firefox and Safari, there are differences in the experience. The full functionality is not guaranteed in any other browser than the newest version of Google Chrome.
(3) The functionality of this website and the online courses are not guaranteed on every device. It is your responsibility to use a proper device. I will not take any liability if this website and the online courses are not supported by your device.
(4) The diagonal display size for the online courses should be at least 9 inches.

(1) This website and its content is subject to German copyright law. Unless permitted by law, every form of utilizing, reproducing or processing works subject to copyright protection on this website requires the prior consent of the owner of the rights. Individual reproductions of a work are allowed only for private use.
6 Privacy
(1) By accessing this website you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as declared in the Privacy Policy and to have your personal information stored and collected in the European Union.
